Back to School

Blair started Kindergarten this year, and boy was that an emotional roller coaster. I dreaded it all summer long.  In pure Blair fashion she was a complete pro and handled the adjustment so well. Now that we are over 2 months into it, I can say that things are going well. She has a wonderful teacher, and has made some good friends. I took plenty of pictures on her first day as I fought back the tears.

I take Blair to school every morning, but she rides the bus home. I thought my heart would explode the first day she got off that bus.

I have managed to make it to the school a few times to have lunch with Blair.  That is definitely an experience to say the least. Let's just say I will be saving my calories for when I get home next time ;)

Blair also got back into action with ballet, gymnastics, and soccer.  I did grab a quick picture of her soccer team on our first day back. She is playing with the same team she has played with for a year or so.  They have the cutest little team, and we love Coach Jordan.

Carter-girl also went back to preschool this year and she is in the older two class. She goes three days a week, and would live there if I let her. We went to meet her teachers , Ms. "Ria" and Ms. Mary before the first day. Carter has 13 kids in her class and she loves them all!

Carter also started taking ballet this year. She has Blair's old teacher, Ms Kristy.  She is doing so well, and loves going.  She loves getting her ballet uniform on every Monday and thinks she is SO big when she goes. It is just adorable to watch!

So, that's what we have been up to. School is hard and the weeks are long. By the time we go to school, ballet, gymnastics, ballet, and then soccer, I am just about to die by Friday.   Stay tuned to hear about our trip to Auburn, visit to Pop and Mimi's and Halloween adventures!
